You’ll find your eToro Money account inside the eToro Money mobile app. That’s your dashboard for checking balances, moving funds, and managing day-to-day transactions.

To view your available balance:

1. Open the app
2. Tap the ‘Cash’ tab

Can’t access your account?

You might want to try these:

• Check regional availability – eToro Money isn’t rolled out everywhere. If the app’s not in your app store, that’s likely the reason.
• Contact support – Still stuck? Reach out to eToro’s customer service. They’ll confirm your account status and walk you through what’s next.

One thing to keep in mind:

eToro Money features aren’t universal. What’s available in one country might be restricted in another. For anything account-specific, I would advise that you get in touch with eToro's support department because they’ll have the final word.
